Re: **DISMISSED** Bryan carter / Lowell / shop direct / county court proposed alloca
it was all rather quick to be honest, she just asked whether I had ever had an account with shop direct or littlewoods, my answer "no".
if I had received any letters regarding the account and how I responded to those letters, I was quite vauge with my answer as I didn't want to say I ignored them so I just said that I had had phone calls from a presumed debt collector but they wouldn't speak to me about the said business matter as I wouldn't give all my personal details to them over the phone, so I never knew what this supposed debt was.
I was also asked when I decided to take action, I said when the court papers arrived. she asked about my cca request I cant quite remember what though, I replied that I never knew about being able to request that information originally and it was only after receiving the court papers and then searching on the net that I found out about it. i also showed her my drivers licence to prove my signature which she agreed was totally different even though she was not a hand writing expert. there was no mention of the missing t's & c's ect., she just said it was for her to decide whether i had ever had an account with littlewoods or shop direct and she said she believed me that i had never had an account and therefore dismissed the case. happy days
