    yes they did, I called them and asked for a tomlin, the lady I spoke to said she would check with the legal team but also said if we cant do a tomlin how would you proceed. I said to them im not sure I would have to seek legal advice. She went a way few a minutes or so and came back and agreed to a tomlin.

        received a copy they have asked me to sign the tomlin and send it back to them is this correct?
