Hi all,
New to the forum having browsed it for a fair while I know you guys are a great bunch to ask for advice etc. I received a the ccj papers from Bryan Carter a while back now 24 November last year. I think I know what the debt might be for but was not really sure, at the time I registered with mcol and submitted the acknowledgement but nothing more at that time. Unfortunately there have been a few personal problems at the time and currently and I never got around to filling in anything else and subsequently have left it.
To date I've heard nothing else from either Bryan or the courts with regards to this. It's now been the best part of 3 months without any communications. My question really is around whether I've inadvertently been racking up charges for 3 months while this sits as acknowledged and nothing more or whether after the 28 days it should have progressed anyway? More so given I've heard nothing for 3 months if it hasn't progressed for a reason other than myself not completing it is there now anything I can do to get this struck off due to the time lapse?
As they say no news is good news but I just wanted to check....
