Well very confused really.
I have a Nationwide Credit card that is in default and I have been making regular payments for a while.
Nationwide Recoveries have recently called me to say they are intending to get a CCJ and charging order on my property. Unless I pay a "discount on outstanding balance without prejustice" with an approx. 30% reduction on my outstanding £7k owed or agree a monthly payment to pay it off within 60 months (the full amount I think)
I took out the credit card in 2011 and would imagine their paperwork is all above board so if they do decide to go down the CCJ route will I have any way of avoiding/defending against it?
