In July of last year I put in a cheque from a third party for £350 to an old coop savings account. It never registered on the account although it was cashed and despite asking where it went I've had no meaningful response.
I'm assuming it was 'clawed back' by the bank, although it would be useful to find out and offset it from this claim.
