While looking through cases where DCAs weere unable to produce "exact" copies of agreements, I thought that a "judgement" stated that those prior to a specific date needed to be an "exact copy", that was signed.
Later dated agreement could be a re-constituted agreement, using the same terms but could be unsigned.
Please advise on legal position, noting case law.
