Phone court and Restons explain about health and hospitalisation and you are because of this unable to properly deal with the case.

I'll get a draft defence together for you to send on Monday just so it's all in hand and we don't get any daft default judgments.

Okay that's good. Ignore my last comment then.

You can email the court. I'll just get details for you.

                  Here

email something along these lines to ccbcdefendants@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk

SUBJECT: CLAIMANT v xxxxxxxxx CLAIM NO: XXXXXX
                  -------------------------------------------------------------
                  Dear Sirs

The defendant and the claimant in claim XXXXXX have agreed that the period for filing a defence specified in rule 15.4 shall be extended by 28 days as allowed under CPR 15.5. This extends the date for filing of a defence to Monday, February 16, 2015.

                  Kind regards

                  xxxxxxxxx
                  Defendant

Maybe we put the defence in on the 10th if you are going in to hospital on the 11th ? so you don't have to worry about getting out in time.

Absolutely when a regulated company continues to flout statutory time scales in an attempt to prevent alleged debtor getting documents something stinks and in this case it's Crapbot:juge:
