Good morning WG, responding to your PM.

The letter from AG regarding the CCJ obtained by IND and the SB start date and a DN sent in2006, my thoughts are that what AG is saying is ok the debt was stat barred, but IND were justified to act on the 2006 DN because the claim was not defended no defence of Statute Barred was put before the court thus judgement by default was given.
As so set aside I think you should apply for this, as SB is an absolute defence.

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)
