    Other Info:
TalkTalk can't say why this went to court or who the debt collection company they used at the time. No one knows anything about it apart from TalkTalk say they had a debt against me in 2010 but that they didn't do anything with it. They wrote it off?

I contacted the court (Dudly) when I noticed the ccj on my file. They told me that I need to speak to SCGray Ltd and provided the number for them. I tried for a while but without success so called the court back and they did a search in the company and then told me that they were any longer practicing? They then said I would need to contact TalkTalk. Which I did and at first the denied any knowledge of the debt but after a couple weeks they said that I had an account with them in 2008-9 and that it defaulted. But they also stated that they never authorised anyone to claim against me and wrote the debt off. So enquiring further I asked if they could check with there debt collection agencies to see if they held any information about it, they came back to me and said that none of there debt agencies held any information on me and that those companies never used SCGray Ltd either. So TT don't want any money from me as they wrote the debt off, I can't remember ever being in debt to TT anyway but what can I do about this? Is this enough to have the CCj removed? No one is claiming ownership of the debt? Please help
