Court order for costs (Divorce)

Hi
can anybody tell me what the procedure is

a court order issued (costs agreed with both parties) for divorce costs (£1500 + cost of the order £50)

what happens now if the other party wants to pay say £50 a month, they are already paying the £15k from the divorce settlement over 5 years

can the person that is owed the money force them to come up with the £1500? how do you enforce the court order

the court order said to be paid "forthwith"

issued 10/10/14 and refers back to order made on 10/4/14

any help appreciated
