    That's good news in a way re local court. As MKDP are always pushing for their local court, saying it's most practical for them! Cheeky moos. Think Northampton Court are getting most fed up with this shower! Mine is at my local court too. Hang in there, follow advice on here and you won't go wrong!

      Okay, I wouldn't bother with the N180 then as its already been allocated (they did that bloody quickly!)

      Just see what the court or the claimant come back with now and we'll have to play it by ear from there.

      NOTE: If you receive a court claim note these dates in your calendar ...
      Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

      Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

      If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
