    Please can you advise me on what "A bar was put in place for Mr" (please see below)

    I issued a claim on line against my landlord as he refuses to give me back my deposit, I have just checked the staus and this is the update below. Please can you advise me on what this means and what to do next?

    Mr Clive Dunning filed a defence on 14/08/2014 at 12:00:49

    The reference to "a bar was put in place" was an error on the MCOL web site!!
