  • Help Please! Got Court Claim Forms Through From BW Legal But Figures Dont Seem Right

Hi I hope you guys can help me, i have had court claim papers through from BW legal/Lowell for an old welcome car finance loan i had from 2006. After becoming unemployed a few years back i couldnt keep up with the payments. Its been a lond hard struggle to get back to somewhere near normality again and I fear however that this will knock me sideways financially not just now but in the future with a ccj. They have also seemingly added a vodafone debt to this aswell and are acting for both at the same time!
I have had some letters where the figures they quote seem to be getting larger and larger with no rational explaination! Can they even leagally go after me for this money?
Please help where do i start and is it possible to stop the ccj?

    Thanks

    Andy

You need to post up some info. Particulars of claim, agreements, default notices, date of last payments etc (exclude your name address etc)

      Hi Andy,

Thanks for making me aware of your concerns.

If you'd like any help from me with the Vodafone side of things, could you email me with your details via the Contact us form here and quote the code WRT135 - FAO Lee in the subject line?

Once sent you'll receive an automated reply with a reference number. To make sure it reaches me could you update the thread with this and I'll get back to you as soon as I can?

      Kind regards,

      Lee
