I could be talking nonsense here so please forgive me if I am. We are being taken to court for £9840.00 and have submitted a defence against it. We have received our notice of proposed allocation to small claims track and a directions questionnaire. The N180 only has sections A & B so I think a page is missing. Do I need to contact the court for the missing page? Is there any benefit to asking for another track other than small claims? We don't want mediation since feelings are running very high and the claimant does nothing but lie.
Also, the claim is based on a lease that the claimant believes we have broken the terms of - we left early. The document was signed by both claimant and husband as joint landlords but only one of them is the claimant - is this relevant for technicality and should I do something about it or is it too late now?
