    The charges is ghaslty. Noticed where a payment was made, they reversed it then added on charges!! Wowzer! I had no chance it bringing the payments down.


    eta- ohh la la default in 2001! That doesnt make sense but i cant explain it

        Who do you think a local rep will be? A solicitor from my city? Or a drydens junior rep? Surely they can do no more than read out the statement?

            The 2008 CCA request was that made to Capital One or another DCA?

                    Its addressed to lowells, may 2008.

                    Then again april 2010 and a follow up in sept 2010. They use an address for me that was different to what I had used. Similar but not the same.

                      Dammit, i wrote 28th may as the hearing date on the evidence to the judge, its actually the 30th.

                        Both transaction dates are on a sunday. Lowells dont open on a sunday according to their website

                              I will do. I shall leave now, had to print off that stuff when everyone had gone home, i dont have a printer at home. Itll take me till 7 ish to get home, theni have a toddler to throw to bed, but as soon as i get in i will post it up. Thanks

                                Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

                                Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

                                If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
