As you are defending a claim and posting quite a lot of documents, you may want to consider subscribing to the VIP area to keep your thread away from prying eyes. :spy: You can subscribe by making a small donation to the site. It's entirely up to you, but do bear in mind only a handful of people can see the VIP area .

If you decide to subscribe, you can do so by going to settings, the third group down is 'My settings', under 'My account', the last item is paid subscriptions. Under VIP member subscription, choose one year £9 or 10 years £25. See below. :thumb:

Hi, no then, as I did not ask for anything off them until after proceedings were issued. You will have to excuse my ignorance in such matters, it is my 1st experience of court ever. I did speak to citizens advice bureau who put me in touch with pay plan who advised and basically pestered us to enter into an IVA. which we declined. Hence I started looking on internet, using CAG and now legal beagles

            Hi Harrie

I'm afraid that the documents supplied as per your s.78 CCA response do look complaint to me. Personally, I'd advise you to settle this claim as quickly as possible and do not risk taking this to court and ending up with further costs and a CCJ against you.

They are clearly fighting you on this one, with a detailed witness statement.

You can still avoid a CCJ if you come to an arrangement now.
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )
