If you are behind with payments to Kensington and have incurred charges, it is well worth sending a SAR. I know they have cleaned up their act substantially since I did mine to them, but I reclaimed a substantial sum of unlawful charges, and a one off final settlement of £650 to shut up and stop pestering them. It was certainly worth my while.
Also, having just re-read your entire thread, if you are waiting for a creditor to make you bankrupt, you may be waiting a long time. I know of someone who has been waiting 5 years for one of his creditors to do just this after being advised by the CAB to stop paying all non-priority debts. He is still waiting, and in one years time will be debt free as they become statute barred. Three companies have threatened, but none have actually invested good money in order to get zero return from him.
