What do you do if you have a complaint about a solicitors acting on your behalf -

and/or download this form and send back to the SRA (details are on the form)

Do not waste you time to find problem with you solicitor, do Formal Complain with *prove able way, because they don't care about you problem, they just think spent more time = more money..

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
