        Re: Trouble with Mr Carter

        Hi Hunbun,
Just checking back in, be interesting to see what the court has to say. BC is such a sidewinder.

My favourite phrase (before I got a Truecall screening machine, LOL) if they catch you out on the phone and go into their spiel "EXCUSE ME! Let me stop you RIGHT THERE. I'm sorry but for the avoidance of any doubt I will NOT discuss financial matters on the phone. Please put it in writing. Thankyou." Then hang up.
BT, Talk Talk and some others do a choose to refuse service, costs around £4 a month, you just ring a special number after you've identified a "bad" caller, and it blocks the number of the last received call.

Whatever Lowells come up with Curly will look after you, just keep us posted

          Re: Trouble with Mr Carter

Well Good afternoon and Happy st paddy's day everyone I eventually got through to the court, the lady said the claim is "stayed" and lowells will have to reactivate it if they want to try and get the money, I don't really understand what it means, she told me to file a defence which will be kept on record, is this the right thing to do?

As usual Bryan bottles it when challenged. I wonder how many of his CCJs would have went through if challenged.
