Can I withdraw an N244

Can I apply for a notice of discontinuance, if I have filed a N244 but the court lost my defence papers.

Also can a individual take me to court personally, then also for the same amount as a creditor owed to them by a company going into liquidation attend a disolvancy meeting.

Whence suing the director personally the same time as the company. Does their attendance at an insolvency meeting and acceptance of being a creditor mean they can't take a personal prosecution as well.

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)
