  • HFC Attachment of earnings advise

I have offered more than i can afford for an attachment of earnings and have received a deferred attachment of earnings aslong payments are met.
I offered £100 per month aslong as my employer is not contacted and have until 20th to change or challenge the order.

Do i have the right to ask for the court to accept lower payments and also can i challenge the fees at this late stage which Restons piled on for this claim?

apologies for being niave and the short notice, first time i have had to deal with a CCJ claim.

    20th is tomorrow.

How did you work out the £100 ? Do you have an IE sheet ?

Did you come to the arrangement through the court or directly with Restons and is it by way on a Consent order ?

Also whats the claim for, how much and how much is the collection charge Restons added ?

      Hi there,

the agreement came from me completing the attachment of earnings questionnaire and me offering £100 a month.

In total Restons have added £160 to my debt.
