  • HFC are at it again - the turnip mongers !

As if the last one hasnt done my head in enough H L Legal ( following on from Capquest and HFC ) have decided in their wisdom to threaten me with another court claim against me.

They kindly havent added a collection charge this time, but they want the full loan repaying - £461.28 (inc court costs £40 and Sols costs £50) without delay.

    Obv I dont have it.

Soooo I guess I go through the rigmarole all over again. At least this isnt such a huge amount. (I'll bring my last claim over from OTR at some point)

So just working out what to do next - am guessing a cca request would be a good move.

Its being paid £5 a month under CCCS debt management at the mo and has been for the last year. So the court would just order that to continue I expect.

But could do without yet another CCJ and dont think its worth a charging order for a small amount.

    Arrrrrrggghhhhhhhhhhhh bloody HFC.

Will post later with a plan lol
