  • Non-Molestation Order - Fake/Fabricated Allegations

Last week, my sister has managed to get a non-molestation order against her ex-partner.

However, he is also trying to get one against her but has totally fabricated the things he has submitted as to the reason why he would like a non-mol.

Firstly, he claims an unknown account messaged his house mate on tiktok, stating that there would be "dangerous people coming to his door" then stated that he basically it's her because there was details mentioned, that only she knew

(We think he has created a fake account to do this and is now trying to use it as "evidence" - it's totally fabricated lies)

Secondly, he has claimed someone contacted him on no-caller ID asking about personal matters, that only she would know and that only 3 people knew his number. and she "orchestrated it"!!! (Which is a load of sh*t)

This has all started because she dumped him, moved on and when he found out she has a new boyfriend, he has created literally hundreds of posts on social media (documented), created a blog about her (documented), went on tiktok lives (screen recorded) - This guy is literally obsessed with her. He has continued to do this almost on a daily basis for 6 months

It's too the point, he actually does not know yet but the police are opening an investigation against him for harassment and is waiting to be assigned an officer.

My sister is not able to get legal aid.

Does anybody know of the 2 fabricated allegations, how she can defend herself ?

If anybody could provide support or some insights into this matter, I would greatly appreciated.

How about responding that she absolutely denies that she did any of these things but will be only too delighted to stay well clear of the man?

NB be careful what you say here that you don't want him to know. This is a public forum, and if he's reading your post, you may have said enough for him to recognise that it's about his case.
Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

Litigants in Person should download and read the Judiciary's handbook for litigants in person: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf
