County Court Summons Re parking, Walsall Waterfront car park on 14/07/2020

We have a county court summons, from the above suggesting my partners car was parked in the above care park on 14.07.2020, and a valid Pay And Display/permit was not purchased The summons issued 05/09/2024, from my limited under standing an acknowledgement of claim is due today as this is day number 19, really need some advice on sending the Acknowledgement of claim.

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
