Hi,
I've received a judgment for claimant in default from LC Asset 2 for a credit card debt. I hadn't seen the previous letter, which I assume refers to "not replying to the claim form." Any advice on how to handle this would be greatly appreciated. Is there anything I can still do to improve this outcome? My first payment is due on or before 19/08/2024. I apologise for the delay in seeking help.
I've read threads of people in similair scenario but most seem to be relevant to stages prior to being in default. So I'm not sure what my options are....
