Claim form uk parking control

Hi

my dad received a claim form 1st July Iv acknowledged it on money claim but not sure how to do the defence.

Basically mum & dad both drove to storage unit to unload they both got letters with fines stating over stayed. mum emailed & stated they was there for the storage unit ect they have wiped hers but not my dads one. So obviously not wanting to pay anything for this as they wiped my mums.

can anyone help please, believe we have 28 days now to defend the claim against him.

sorry did post this on 1st of July but think I must of done something wrong as no reply’s. Hoping Iv done it right this time.

There is no record of your 1st July post.

Could you please post up a copy of the original notice to Keeper of the Parking Charge Notice, a copy of any parking signs and a copy of the Claim form (all suitably redacted)

Also send a CPR31.14 request to the solicitors and a subject access request to the parking company (templates in SHORTCUTS panel will need amending for your particular situation)

Do not identify the driver when communicating with them (or on here in future posts)
