Hello!
I have received a claim form today on behalf of Lowell represented by Overdales.
I have looked through the forum especially around Overdales and have found the info great etc when responding.
I have however noticed that when others have written about the POC they are more detailed than mine appear I.e. delving into the default notices etc.. this is what mine say:
The claim compromises the following:
Agreements the defendant entered into:
There are 4 companies listed with references and current balances. Then it says: The agreements were terminated as payments were not maintained and subsequently assigned to the Claimant.
Then it states about the sum and interest. There are no dates of notice of assignment or default notice dates etc. Is this enough for POC? I think one may be statute barred but any advice around the POC would be great.
Thanks in advance!
