  • Pcn dcbl Britannia parking none pofa

Hi I'm currently being taken to court over 2 pcns half hour apart where I was not driving and dcbl have said it's none pofa complaint. They've issued court proceedings. I've submitted my defence and had a letter of judgement stating if dcbl the claimant do not file directions questionaire within 7 days it will be struck out. I've checked with the court and they have submitted a BLANK form are they allowed to do this?
    Thanks in advance

Don't worry about DCB Legal cock ups, just make sure YOU comply with all court directions.

If you have filed a robust defence do not be surprised if DCB Legal either file a discontinuance note or just don't pay the hearing fee.

Hi thanks for your input, how will I know if DCBL have paid the hearing fee?
Also I've just received the 'without prejudice' letter from them.

      Thanks

Ok so little update I've chosen not to have mediation on the directions questionaire, the judge has ordered further directions from both parties. Could anyone advise on the next steps and how to beat this pcn.

            You comply with court order

You have filed your defence, but presumably not yet your witness statement.
Your defence, which you cannot change without the court's permission, is your basis for winning.

The judge just struck the case out due to dcbl not completing the directions questionaire and sending a blank one in.
              Brilliant news thanks all
