Received the following response and reconstituted cca

Would the best plan of attack now be to say that due to no date or credit limit stated the debt is unenforceable and try and get a 10% settlement or just sit back and wait?

The Reconstructed Agreement isn't compliant. A 'bizarre' letter, our client doesn't want to take the matter to Court, but that's exactly what they've done.

You can make offers to settle the claim, make sure you write 'Without Prejudice' on the letter. Make reference to their client wants to settle the matter amicably. Make sure you get Proof of Postage.
