Remove the word 'an' from no.3. otherwise it's good.

You can lodge it with the Court via MCOL. You should get an automatic reply. They have 28 days to respond to your Defence.
You can send Their solicitors a copy / make sure you get Proof of Postage.

The CPR for the small claims track allows you to request CPR 31.14, the documents they have used to file the case against you. So I'm not sure what they are talking about.

You need to make a formal complaint against Moriarty Law as they have breached the Solicitors Code of Conduct by misleading you in that letter (but don't do this yet).
‘Should I include the fact that, Moriarty Law has not acknowledged or responded to my complaint in my defence?
Since their complaints procedure indicates an acknowledgment or response within 3 working days.

          No, it's a separate matter.

1.CRA data 2. Files notes. 3. Bills. 4. DCA data and also CPR 31.14 requests but no agreement or terms and conditions.

What should I look out for in the bundle they’ve sent.

Look for anomalies, evidence to build your case.

Ain,t they supposed to provide me with documents they will be relying on for the claim?

Fill in the DQ, state that you want Mediation, but haven't received the requested documentation.
Send a copy to the Court and a copy to Moriarty Law, make sure you get Proof of Postage.

There should at the very least be some Terms and Conditions .

Thank you very much for the response, will fill out the DQ forms.

Do they have to present the documents to the court before the hearing or they can present it at the hearing?

Am I not allowed to inspect their documents before the hearing?

There’s not been any document at all supporting the claim.

If it isn't resolved at Mediation (if offered, Mediation is always an opportunity to resolve the case), then both parties produce Witness Statements with the relevant evidence i.e. documents etc, they are sent to the other party's solicitors 14 days before the Hearing date.
