    L C Asset 2

    Hi,

    I have this evening recieved a letter from L C Asset 2 advising me that they have made an application to the court for a charging order on my property. I dont own my property i rent a room in my mothers house and dont own any assests in the property, i have kept in contact with Kearns Solicitors, filled in all their paperwork and have set up a payment plan with them, i am worried now that some assets may be removed from my mother's house which is very unfair. Is there anything I can do. Thanks

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
