CCJ application was submitted by Lowell in January 2023 - The judgement was not entered untill November 2023 - it which time the debts they have claimed for are over 6 years old. Is there anything I can do with this?
Lowell ccj debts over 6 year old when entered.

I'd say the date that matters is November 2023, Lowell dropped the ball, if it was there error.
You need to track back find out when the original default date was, also why the delay has occurred between application and judgement.
You can set a side the CCJ, then defend the CCJ stating that it's Statuted Barred, but the error needs to be Lowells.
If you can get consent from Lowells, then the set a side fee would be less. But you need to know exactly what has occurred, don't go doing things without the correct facts.

I have a but more clarity to this.
I have included the time of events from the money claim site. The Three mobile contract it included (plus other debts) defaulted on the 12th September 2017. Was this Statuted barred before the judgement was made? I have saved up the set a side fee so im ready to proceed. I did try to speak with lowell amd ask if they would be willing to helo set it aside ans they declined.Attached Files

They issued the claim in January 2023, so once they've started to act within the 6 years, it can't be statute barred.Originally posted by Warrior84 View PostI have a but more clarity to this.
