Do the Default Notices contain the information they should have (link 2 in post 14) and do the dates the Default Notice tally up, e.g. 3 months after the 3rd missed payment?

What is the Application for?

'The first part of it was a copy of notice of a hearing of application for this coming Friday morning 6th at an attended hearing at a local court.

It talks about fees for an adjournment (no fees if its heard 14 days before the hearing - obviously thats impossible given its only 5 days away).

Theres a copy of an N244 from the claimants solicitor.'

The notice of hearing application is to tell her that a hearing date has been set for this Friday morning at a local court for the stay to be lifted and for summary judgement to be entered.
