    As part of the claimants listing questionnaire they state they will send me their schedule of loss by 24th May in the box 1.1 relating to orders not complied with. They still have not sent anything to me, the court have told me I should seek legal advice regarding this.

    Still anything for me to do here or just keep to reminding the judge at trail?

      Some questions to help consider that question:

      What is the wording of the order, please? Does the order say anything about any consequences of not serving this schedule?

      Has a trial date been set?

      (My initial thinking is that it is for the claimant to prove its case, including the amount that it claims, and that it is not for you to help the claimant correct its failings)
