  • County Court Business Centre Claim

    i there,

I have received a letter from CCBC, I have spent all morning looking into this and I now understand that I have to file an AOS. However, this letter has been sent with no claim form? I need the claim form in order to acknowledge the letter on acknowledgment of service website. The CCBC are closed until Tuesday.

This letter was sent to my mums address so I only picked it up a few days ago and am running out of time with it. The corresponding letter from BW legal services (the lawyers who are working on behalf of Britannia parking limited) sent me a letter yesterday to say that the CCBC was issued on the 20th of April. If I'm right in thinking, I have until Thursday the 4th of May to acknowledge the claim online?

Can someone please help me ? I have read through the MSE forums but I can't post on there yet as I only made an account this morning.
I'd really like to get this sorted and know where I stand.

    Thanks, Sam

    what does the letter say?
Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

Litigants in Person should download and read this: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf
