CPR 31.14 help needed

apologies if I should have asked within another post I have about this situation. This question is just about the wording on this template..

I am responding to a Claim Form, with the following details: -

Claimant: Marlin Europe Limited ..
Address for documents and payments: Mortimer Clarke ....

The bank agreed to issue the Defendant with a credit card.
The defendant failed to make the minimum payments due. The agreement was terminated following the service of a default notice. The agreement was assigned to the named claimant. Cabot Credit Management Group Limited, acting as a servicing agent of the named Claimant through its Appointed Representative (Cabot Financial(Europe) Limited), has arranged for these proceedings to be issued in the name of the Claimant. The named claimant therefore claims 1.8264.22 2 Costs.

from the template advice page it mentions that I need to be particular about the documents I request. I am not sure from the above, what documents I need to request.

I am going through this and I am up to : -

"To enable me to file my defence and/or counterclaim, I require inspection of documents you mention in your statement of case ahead of filing my defence on xx/xx/xxxx."


I am not sure of the date of this. Is there a place to find this?

Stick to your original thread, just leave out the bit that's been underlined.

Request a copy of your Credit Agreement, a copy of Default Notice and Assignment of Debt.
