  • Cabot financial *urgent*

Hi can anyone help me with the particulars of this claim.

"By agreement between shawbrook bank limited & the defendant on or around 24/07/2017 ("the agreement ") Shawbrook bank limited agreed to loan of defendant monies. The defendant did not pay the instalments as they fell due. The agreement was terminated following the service of a default notice. The agreement was assigned to the named claimant Cabot credit management group limited, acting as serving agent of the named claimant through its appointed representative (Cabot financial (Europe) limited), has arranged for these proceedings to be issued in the name of the claimant. The named claimant therefore claims 1. 14381.75 2. Costs"

No mention of default date seems off how its put?

Sorry I'm not sure what your question is.

They state that a default notice was served so what's the issue?
If you have a question about the voluntary termination process, please read this guide first, as it should have all the answers you need. Please do not hijack another person's thread as I will not respond to you
