Today I’ve received a money claim in the post against me.
It was dated from the 1st June and was sent to a business address I’m no longer based at. Today I’ve received it with the business address scribbled out and my personal address handwritten on top of it by the claimant.
Obviously I’m going to try and dispute it. As I have only received it today the 14 day response has been and long gone.. I signed in online as instructed. And it states- ‘A bar has been put in place on the claim. You cannot respond to the claim at this time’
what does this mean?
I’ve tried calling them but I was on the phone for 72 minutes and didn’t get through to them.
Thanks I’m advance
