i have just returned my defence for a large claim in regards an inheritance that the claimant believes he has a share of. I believe I have a very good defence and have sent back all my evidence (supporting documents).
i am surprised this could go through CCMCC, but have responded as best I could.
the documents include quite a lot of incriminating evidence against the claimant, including blackmail and threats, as well as a reasoned defence to say why I don't owe the money (in excess of £25,000).
i would be very grateful if anyone would be able to explain what happens now?
many thanks
