it turns out that quickquid have been emailing me every couple of days for the past 5 years my email must have decide its spam as i havent seen them in all honesty but upon inspecting the emails from the time of the loan i can see that they just kept giving me more money until i couldnt afford repayments but i was paying them back and my last payment was made on the 12.4.16 and i havent wrote to quickquid but was probably in phone conversations for 6 months after that then ive not spoke since.

another problem is that a company called casheuronet uk contacted my emails in 2020 asking me to make a claim for money owed for payday loans so at the time not thinking straight i did and it turned out that they looked into my quickquid loans and decided i wasnt due a refund, since then the dates all add up that awoke a beast that started to look for the money it was owed and they started to sell the dedt on to companys to recover.

so i basically could be screwd on statue barred
So a 'third party' made enquires on your behalf. So a bit more research is needed on that.

You need to do (b), (c) and (d) in post 7, that will hopefully help with the preparation of your Defence.

Below is an example Defence, have a look at, you could even start to prepare some bit now.

okay just update i recieved some letters back from lantern and moriarty law last week while i was away so couldnt update sooner.

firtst letter from lantern simply stated they have recieved my request but do not need a postal order and sent it back also moriraty law have done the same sending back the postal order and saying they have recieved my request and forwarded it on to the client and in the meantime my account is on hold.

this confuse me as how can it be on hold if with the courts also how come they havent provifed the information they have i hop i didnt make a mistake with sending letter or anything.

ok so today lantern dedt recovery have sent me some documents. the letter says as requested please find enclosed your credit agreements for safetynet and payday express.your account has been passed to qdr solicitorsplease contact them

okay so my case is with quickquid trading as casheuronet so i dont no why theyve not sent those documents and only sent credit agreements for other dedt i supposdly have

i might need to resend these letters again requesting the information i rely on for my defence as this isnt good enough

Post 19 gives you a link to an example defence to amend, it needs to be amended very carefully. A copy gets sent to the Court and a copy to the Creditors solicitors. Make sure you get Proof of Postage.

If you have questions just ask.
