Help! Deadline 7th Jan before PCN CCJ - No response from UKPC & DCB legal
I have not heard back anything regarding the SAR and CPR 31.14 sent, tomorrow is my 28th day after doing my AOS. I have told DVLA I was not the owner of the vehicle, and sent a letter in to remove my details, which they said it could take up to 6 weeks. Can you please advise what I'm supposed to do next?? Do I need to email Traffic Enforcement Centre tec@justice.gov.uk for an extension or someone else?
I am confused about a thread i read that i should fill in a N244 form, and there is application for a directions order cost £255. What I am unsure about is, do I need to make this payment first and claim back from the claimant? or does the claimant make this payment as the advise was to put on Section 3 on the form "The Claimant shall pay the defendants costs in this application?
