Hi all. New to this forum.
I received a claim form from CEL for the total amount of £301.58 for a parking charge.
I've acknowledged the claim online and am now looking to write SAR and CPR 31.14 requests as per templates.
I live with the registered keeper who happens to have the exact same name as me (the driver) and is indistinguishable on the claim form. How can I make sure they have addressed the form to me and not the registered keeper as we have the same name?
POC:
Claim for money relating to a Parking Charge for breach of contract terms/conditions for parking in private car park managed by claimant. Drivers may only park pursuant to TCs of use displayed in CP and agreed upon entry/parking. ANPR cameras or manual patrols monitor vehicles entering/exiting the CP and TC breaches.
Background info:
There are two car parks owned by two different establishments which are joined next to each other and only separated by a small slither of grass that you can step over. I was directed to the incorrect car park but it wasnt clear which company owned that car park- I was under the assumption it was all one big car park and paid for a ticket at the other car park. It was night time and the car park had no lights in it so I couldnt see the signs.
Would appreciate any help. Thanks
