Please I need advice regarding these issues.
I received a N56 requesting Attachment of Earnings dated 29 October 2021 from local County Court on Wednesday 3 November 2021. And also received letter today Saturday 6 November 2021 which I don't understand.
The letter reads:
"Upon reading correspondence from the Debtor's previous Employer dated 13 October 2021
IT IS ORDERED THAT
1. The N62E hearing listed on 17 November 2021 is vacated.
2. The N62E is withdrawn.
Dated 29 October 2021"
Please could some one help me with these issues. There was previous request already on the same CCJ. I currently do payments towards it every month to Lowell solicitors. I do not understand why they are pushing against my existence in any form. Debt that never concerned them, which I found by chance that I had ccj from Lowell solicitors against me.
Please help me.
