  • do I have to do anything after case was 'stayed' by the judge

I had a hearing on 10th sept and the judge froze the claim against me as I was wrongly named as the defendant. I have had a letter today from the court that says 'upon it being accepted the named defendant (me) is not the landlord IT IS ORDERED THAT 1 the claim against the defendant be stayed and if no application lift the stay and/or notice of discontinuance served/filed by 4pm 4th oct claim dismissed.

Now has the judge agreed I am the wrong the defendant, which is what I thought he said in the telephone hearing, or not? do I have to do anything myself now or wait to see what happens after the 20th?
the claimants solicitor has sent me forms to sign to say I agree for the claim to be transferred and put into a different name but I am dubious about this and as far as I can tell it isn't something I have to legally do. seems I would be making it easier for them especially after the huge blunders they have made before they filed the claim to the court in the first place, they were told 3 times I as not the landlord.
    thanks for any help.
