  • Ernest wilson still up to their old tricks

Gosh, I wish I’d read this forum before assigned EW to sell my business in 2018.

Court case still on going. Due to covid, things have been on hold for a while. Waiting for the date for the final hearing.

has anyone got any tips? Help? Anything to win against these guys? They’re such a horrible horrible company.

my case is the same as everyone else’s. They didn’t sell my business due to incompetence and now are looking to charge me for ad fees and the commission as I sold the business myself, out of contract, but they believe I sold it during the 6 months, despite me presenting evidence after evidence. Ugh it’s so frustrating.

has anyone ever presented this forum during a court hearing. Surely we must be able to do something. These are horrible.

    Hi ALLBEIT

Have you sent them a SAR to get all the data they have in your name? It might help with your case?

Hi. I also have Ernest Wilson bringing a case against me after time and time asking them not to proceed with advertising my business as I was still negotiating the lease. I have email evidence of this and like many did not read the reviews prior to engaging with them. If anyone can recommend a representative for me in court as charging me 7.5k for 2 days advertising which I asked them to remove
