  • Lowell court case

    Hi,

I’m hoping someone may be able to give me some advice

I am due to go to court 10 June 2021, online as Lowell are trying to recover a debt.

I have done all the process with help of a Facebook group, however last week I had a real wobble as I wasn’t in a good place and emailed Lowell requesting a Tomlinson order. They have responded today with the info and given me until 4 June 2021 to respond or they will continue with court proceedings.

I instantly regretted sending the email, and have since decided to fight this all the way

My question is; will they be able to hold this against me with the judge? And is there any point continuing down the court route, or just do the Tomlinson order.

Thank you in advance for any advise, as this is now really worrying me
