New claim - Lowell's assigned debt from Vodafone

I've received a new claim from Lowell's for a Vodafone account that was unsuccessfully disputed with them before they sold it on. They just dug their heals in and wouldn't accept anything other than their own narrative.

I've only every challenged CCA debts and understand telecoms ones are much more difficult. Looks like I have a lot of research to do.

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
