Draft defence, is it ok?

Hi,

Had put my draft defence at the bottom of a pre existing thread but couldnt work out how to edit thread title. So have reposted with a more relevant title.

Please can you check over my attached defence and tell me whether to leave in the 2 blue bits and what the yellow bits should read. Not sure what regukation to leave in.

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
