Hi all,
Wanting some advice, would be grateful for any views and advice.
I denied the Notice of Claim against me by saying I don’t recognise the debt and amount owed. But the lawyers came back with the CCA and default notices and debt ownership transfer, but looking at the CCA it states my credit balance was £1,200.
There is no agreements that I agreed to raising the debt to the amount claimed.
Is it wise to challenge the other party to prove that I owe that amount, considering the vast difference between the CCA balance and the claimed balance?
thank you
