    Hi all,
I hope this is in the correct please. I have received a letter from Mortimer Clarke Solicitors reference a CCJ obtianed against me. I didn't receive anything relating to a CCJ before and if the original debt is mine then I'm 99% sure it is SB.
Can anyone give me an idea of my next steps as my anxiety is through the roof in general and this has sent me into a spin.

    many thanks in advance.

Thank you but do you mean just forget about it until something happens? They have said that Resolvecall will be asked to visitme if I do nothing and I don't need that right now. I assume they wouldn't just make up that a CCJ has been issued and I've just tried to check my history but got an error message from my bank.

Ok, I’ve just done that and it shows “no records”. I’m just unsure of previous address so it’s only on my current one
